I ask before I recommend.
Your routine, lifts, bodyweight, food and how consistently you’re actually doing it decide what I’d change. Without that, advice is just a guess.
ABOUT
I spent years in the gym, buying programs and wondering why I still looked the same. Things started changing when I stuck with a plan, got my food in line with it and wrote down what I lifted.

WHERE I STARTED
I had a gut sticking out and skinny arms. With a pump, I could finally like what I saw. Then I’d get home and look basically the same.
I started wondering whether it was genetics. I bought influencer programs, hoping I’d find something I could stick with. Some went so far into the science that I couldn’t tell what I actually needed to do in the gym. Others used equipment I didn’t have. Even when the advice was useful, I still had to work out which parts fit me and how to put it all together.
I felt lost. There were times I basically gave up trying to work it out, then went back to looking for another routine.
WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGED
I stopped starting over with every new video or program. I picked one goal, got my food to match it, and repeated the same lifts. I logged the weight and reps, watched my bodyweight over time, and compared photos and the mirror.
My lifts went up, my weight moved toward the goal, and I could actually see my physique changing. Because I’d written it all down, I could tell it was working, so I kept going instead of looking for another routine.
WHY ANIME BODYBUILDING EXISTS
I kept running into the same thing: plenty of advice, no clear way to decide what applied to me or whether it was working. More videos didn’t answer that for me. Recording what I actually did gave me something to compare.
That’s what this site is for. Work out where to start, follow through for a few weeks, and then look at what actually happened before changing everything.
HOW I WORK
Your routine, lifts, bodyweight, food and how consistently you’re actually doing it decide what I’d change. Without that, advice is just a guess.
If your training is moving in the right direction, there’s no reason to rebuild it. The main thing is usually a clearer direction, not a completely new plan.
Changing everything at once makes it impossible to tell what helped. Pick the priority, give it enough weeks, then look at what happened.
One bad session or one heavy weigh-in isn’t a reason to change course. We look at the pattern across weeks, then decide.
WHO IT’S FOR
WHERE TO GO NEXT
It’s free. A short assessment looks at your training, eating, goal, schedule and equipment, then gives you a focus, practical next steps and a starter routine when one fits. You see your starting focus first, then enter your email for the complete plan. There’s no account.
The Accelerator is the individual version: I set up your training and food around you, then review your lifts, weight, food and photos at Week 4, Week 8 and Week 12 across the 12 supported weeks.
Applications are paused while I finish getting it ready, and I’m not taking payments right now. See what it includes.
I’m one person, not a clinic. I won’t promise a specific result, and I’d rather say that upfront.
