Free assessment / Gym Game Plan

Work out what to change first.

Tell me what you're doing now and what you can realistically repeat. You'll see what to work on first and why, plus a starter routine if you actually need one. If your answers suggest it's already working, it'll tell you to keep it.

How the Gym Game Plan works
01

Tell me how you're training right now.

Your goal, how long you've been training, how you eat, what your weight's doing, and the days, equipment and time you actually have.

02

See what to work on first.

It works from your answers, not your photos. If those answers suggest your routine is progressing, it'll tell you to keep it.

Possible results

You might not need a new routine.

Your answers lead to one of 13 results. Only a few come with a new routine. Here are three of the situations it covers.

No routine you stick to yet

You get a small starter routine built around your days, equipment and time.

Not sure if it's working

You get what to write down and compare over the next few weeks before you change anything.

Already making progress

It tells you to keep your routine, and what to keep an eye on.

Build a small routine you can repeat

You don't have a repeatable routine yet. A manageable starting schedule is more useful than an advanced split or constantly changing exercises.

Questions you can answer from your actual week.

You don't need photos, a body-fat estimate or a detailed training history to use this.

If you're starting from scratch, the routine uses a small group of repeatable movements. If you already have a workable routine, you won't be handed a new one just to make the result look more personal.

It's a starting point, not individual coaching. It can't promise a result, and it isn't medical advice.

What do I see before I give my email?

What to work on first, why, and the first thing I'd do. The email adds the rest of the plan and a copy you can keep.

Will I get a routine whatever I answer?

No. If you already have a workable routine, the result may tell you to keep it. If your equipment doesn’t support a safe complete starter, the result explains what needs sorting out first.

Does Owen personally review this?

No. It works automatically from your answers. Setting things up around you and reviewing your progress is what the Accelerator is for.

Want me to set up your plan and review how it's going?

Individual coaching goes further: I look at your setup form and photos, set up your training and food targets, then review the lifts, weight, food and photos you send me at Weeks 4, 8 and 12. I'm not watching your entries between reviews.

Applications are paused while I finish getting it ready, and I'm not taking payments right now. See what the Accelerator includes.
